Our story
Who We Are
Women in Business (WiB) is a vibrant, inclusive nonprofit collective of women entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals. Founded by Natasha Lee Beckow, WiB was created to foster authentic connection, meaningful collaboration, and lasting growth among women at every stage of their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.
WiB proudly serves a global audience of passionate, purpose-driven women. What began as a local network has grown into a dynamic community of more than 70,000 women worldwide — committed to building each other up and creating real change in our businesses, communities, and lives. A Note from Natasha
WiB started with a simple idea: when women come together, everything changes. What began as a local community has become a global movement — and I’m so proud of what it’s grown into. Whether you’re here to connect, grow, or lead, you belong. Welcome.
At Women in Business, our brand is more than a name, it’s a way of being. We believe in the power of freedom, subtle strength, persistence, and kindness. Every choice we make, from the communities we nurture to the projects we create, is grounded in living aligned with our values. This alignment isn’t just about business — it’s about designing a life we love, where freedom and abundance naturally flow.
We honor the quiet courage it takes to step outside old paradigms and carve new paths. For some, that may mean raising children and building a family; for others, it may mean creating businesses, movements, or art — and for many, it is a blend of both. We believe that strength doesn’t mean doing it all alone, but embracing community, connection, and balance.
