Lynn is the calm, grounded presence behind the WiB Agency, where creativity meets clarity. With a background spanning web design, photography, and a master’s degree in psychology, she brings over two decades of experience in digital strategy, brand development, and business growth. Lynn blends psychology and brand strategy to help women entrepreneurs align with their purpose, cut through the noise, and grow with focus, confidence, and heart.

Based on Vancouver Island, Lynn finds inspiration in the natural world. She loves tending her garden, caring for her animals, and studying plants and wildlife as an amateur naturalist. A minimalist at heart, she travels light and is always on the lookout for the best espresso in every city she visits. Lynn embodies the balance she helps others create — rooted, intentional, and aligned.

Erika is a designer with a true passion for creativity. With over a decade of experience in branding, web, UI/UX, digital, and social media design, she brings ideas to life through thoughtful visuals that embody the WiB Collective’s vision. She is deeply passionate about transforming concepts into designs that inspire, connect, and empower — and she draws inspiration from women who lead boldly and create space for others to thrive.

Based in the Philippines, Erika enjoys a life centered on balance, creativity, and simplicity. Outside of design, she is active and adventurous — often found traveling, running, wall climbing, diving, or hiking. She also loves exploring new foods and capturing her experiences through photography, blending her eye for beauty with her love of discovery.
